You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in an immediate termination of services.
Your access to services will continue through the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds or partial-month refunds will be issued.
Because consulting services begin immediately after enrollment, payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law.
